As soon as digital printing hit the high street in flexible face form, it was evident that existing signcase systems did not cater for the smaller type of sign. All systems required access around the four sides to tension the face and secure the cover plates concealing the mechanism. This meant a gap of around 100 mm or more had to be left round the entire perimeter of the sign. This is not only unsightly, it can sometimes prevent the use of flex due to the shortage of space. Imagine a 600 mm deep fascia losing 200 mm—a third of the size, and how do you finish off the gap area? Speed Flex Frontloader eliminates the need for any access round the sides. All access is obtained from the front, which means that the case can be the exact size of the fascia. Couple this with the fact that the cover plate is hinged and self-supporting, with a clip-on fit (no screws round the entire perimeter). You also save time and money, due to the fact that the flexible face requires no seam, rod or holes to be punched.
