As all users of Speed Flex will know, the system was already ahead of most of its competitors thanks to the patented flex holders which eliminated the need for any time consuming preparation to the face, such as seams, holes, rods etc. There was also the peace of mind that Speed Flex has had certified wind-load testing–very important, as insurance companies may not cover systems which are not test compliant.
   Speed Flex Integral has now been further improved (with other Speed Flex variations set to follow), to offer even more tensioning, and the cover plate is now spring-loaded to hold itself open during maintenance. Most important however is that final tensioning of the face can now be carried out with a tensioning tool, quickly and without the noise of having to tap them in as previous.
   As can be seen on our customisation page, Speed Flex can be produced in many shapes, such as circular, radius cornered, bow fronted etc. We can even produce letter shapes above a certain size (some restrictions apply to shape). Please bear in mind that if Speed Flex Integral is used in this way, the spring loaded cover plate is exchanged for a formed aluminium cover plate which is screwed in place.
