Insight Sign Systems

Speed Flex is a comprehensive system which offers many variations ranging from retro-fit to hinged versions.
   The most impressive aspect of this system is that your sign face requires no preparation. That means you don't have to sew in a seam, punch holes etc. All you do is slide the flex holders on to the edge of your sign face, then crimp them closed (see Further Information at bottom of page for more detailed information).
   The speed with which the face can be tensioned will also impress. The whole system is designed to save you time and money.
   Take another time saving aspect of the system: access to the tensioning mechanism is gained through a hinged opening lid which is a clip fit, meaning no screws to fit every 300 mm. Also, there is no need to wonder where to put the cover plate while maintenance/fitting is being carried out, as it stays attached, thus eliminating the risk of it blowing off the top of the case where it would be lying. Installation crews love this system, as do the digital printing companies who supply the faces.
   The system can cope with sizes up to around 45 m² using good quality face material. For cases which are sited on corners (i.e. an L-shaped case with two fascias), such as petrol station canopies, a corner section is available with internal or external profile cover plate. On cases over 1,200 mm in height, support bars are fitted, with additional diagonal support bars on cases over 1,800 mm high.
