| Insight provides a made to measure service for it's own three branded systems: Highlight, Spectra and Wayfinder. We pride ourselves in the level to which we have taken this service. |
| STAGE 1 Getting Insight and Products Known |
| Regular adverts are placed in sign trade publications such as Sign Update, and Insight's presence is usually felt at the Sign UK exhibition each year. Enquiries are followed up by sending out our full brochure pack, which details our entire range of products and also includes price lists. |
| STAGE 2 Keeping Ahead of the Competition, Developing and Prototyping New Products |
| New systems are often prototyped and designed to meet specific needs of a client, or the marketplace in general, keeping integration with our range of extrusions in mind. |

| STAGE 3 Enquiry Stage from Potential Customer |
 Enquiries can be accepted via phone, fax or e-mail. Insight has designed its own software which produces fully computerised quotations, fully specified and accompanied by a full-size cross-section drawing of the product. If the enquiry is for a WayFinder product, we ask for a rough sketch of your requirements, from which we provide a fully specified CAD drawing often the same day, or at most 24 hours, depending on intricacy and workload.

| STAGE 4 Producing the Works Order and Job Sheets |
 The same software produces the order form and job sheet. After any required amendments are incorporated, the job sheet also acts as a quality assurance form, listing all components and batch numbers of parts and assemblers involved.

| STAGE 5 Production of your Specified Order |
| Insight has a comprehensive range of in-house plant and machinery at both manufacturing facilities, where strict quality assurance, coupled with high quality products ensure that only the best is good enough. We also have a large stock of all components. |

| STAGE 6 Final Quality and Packing |
 Before any product is packed for despatch, final checks on the finish and operation are conducted. Our packing is very important, and only high quality materials are used.
